Abstract: The second volume of The Biography of Xi Zhongxun is among the book series about Xi Zhongxun. Its content can be divided into six parts: governing northwest China, working in the State Council, being wronged, working in Guangdong Province, working in the secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and the National People's Congress, and life in later years, family life and family traditions, with each part being a highlight. It truly records and reflects Xi Zhongxun's personal revolutionary history in which he struggled for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the historical contributions he made, gives high marks to his lofty qualities and revolutionary sentiment and serves as an important and high-quality book for cadres and masses alike to further understand and study Xi Zhongxun.
